Opposition councillors from the DC, Radici Iblee and Siamo Modica condemned the action as a partisan “reality show,” accusing the mayor of prioritising party politics over citizen needs. They criticised the influence of Forza Italia in steering the majority and called for immediate transparency and an end to the administrative paralysis affecting the city.
