Modula GmbH Deutschland has completed its new headquarters in Gersthofen, Germany. The facility, constructed between May 2024 and November 2025, serves as a central hub for the Italian-owned company specializing in warehouse automation solutions.
Designed by Jakob-Architekten and executed by general contractor Stadler GmbH, the building features a distinctive black paneled facade and a large glass-fronted east side. The structure covers a footprint of 65 by 32 meters with a height of 14.6 meters. It integrates a showroom, warehouse, and a three-story office wing, and utilizes heat pumps for energy efficiency.
