Modula Spa and ISVAL sign new labor contracts for Italian workers

Modula Spa, a manufacturer of vertical automatic warehouses, concluded a three‑year corporate agreement covering roughly 450 employees at its Salvaterra and Fiorano sites. The deal keeps the maximum 24‑month limit on staff‑leasing contracts, pledges the stabilization of seven agency workers in 2026, and introduces anti‑harassment measures, gender‑bias training and a whistle‑blowing channel. It also adds a full‑rate INPS contribution for parental leave and encourages a one‑hour wage donation each November, matched by the company.

ISVAL, a metal‑working firm in Marcheno, renewed its collective contract for 235 staff. The agreement raises the performance bonus by €850 per year, reaching up to €3,000 in the third year, and sets a schedule of advance payments. It establishes quarterly meetings between management and workers’ representatives, a semi‑annual safety committee, and accelerates promotion from category D to C2 after 20 years instead of 25. Additional welfare funds of €100 per year and a higher employer contribution to the national complementary pension scheme were also secured.
