Modusign digitizes high school admissions in Gyeongsangnam-do

Modusign has supplied its public-sector electronic signature solution to the Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education to support the digital transformation of the high school admissions process. Starting with the 2027 academic year, the system will transition the application process from a manual, paper-based method to an online platform.

Previously, students and guardians had to print, hand-sign, and physically submit application forms and consent documents to schools. The new system allows approximately 60,000 users annually—including 30,000 third-year middle school students and their guardians—to complete applications, identity verification, and electronic signatures online without requiring separate app installations or memberships.

The system is integrated with 202 colleges and includes a duplicate application prevention feature to reduce the risk of disqualification due to errors. For school staff, the transition standardizes the application process across multiple schools, reducing the administrative burden of distributing, collecting, and storing physical documents while increasing transparency and consistency.
