MOGA Festival celebrates 10 years in Essaouira

The MOGA Festival will celebrate its tenth anniversary in Essaouira, Morocco, from September 30 to October 4, 2026. The anniversary edition features an expanded program including a free MOGA OFF component spread throughout the city.

On September 30 and October 1, the OFF program will include 51 events and 30 activities across 18 partner locations. This includes DJ sets, dance performances, craft workshops, and experiences involving gastronomy, yoga, surf, and wellness. The programming also features a dedicated Kids & Family section and two free concerts at the Sqala.

The festival is introducing MOGA PRO, a new initiative focused on the professionalization and training of electronic music industry actors, which includes the MOGA Academy and the Essaouira Dance Summit. Following the OFF program, the MOGA IN segment will take place from October 2 to 4 at the Hôtel Le Golf d’Essaouira & Spa, featuring four stages with international artists, Moroccan figures, and emerging talents.
