Académico de Viseu signs Moroccan striker Mohamed Bouldini
Portuguese football club Académico de Viseu has officially signed Moroccan international striker Mohamed Bouldini. The 30-year-old forward has signed a contract through June 2027.
Bouldini returns to Portugal after playing in Spain for clubs including Levante, Fuenlabrada, Granada, and Deportivo da Corunha. He has significant previous experience in the Portuguese leagues, having played for Oliveirense, Académica, and Santa Clara. During his time with Académica, he notably scored 14 goals in 31 matches in the second division.
Bouldini is the sixth reinforcement for the squad managed by Bruno Pinheiro, joining other recent signings such as Ewerton Silva, Marcos Lavín, Andros Babić, Cristian Ferreira, and Alejandro Mestanza. Regarding his move, Bouldini stated, “I want to give everything for this club. I want to transmit the confidence they give me to the dressing room and on the field.”
He may make his debut this Sunday in the opening match of the I Liga against Benfica.
