Mohamed Salah reveals reasons for Trabzonspor transfer

Mohamed Salah has detailed the motivations behind his transfer from Liverpool to Trabzonspor, citing the ambition of club president Ertugrul Dogan and the club's long-term project as decisive factors. After nine years at Anfield, where he became the club's third-highest scorer with 257 goals, the 34-year-old Egyptian striker expressed a desire for new challenges and professional growth.

Salah has made an immediate impact in the Turkish Super Lig. He has set a historical record as the first foreign player to score four goals in his first three starts for Trabzonspor since the 2000-2001 season. His recent performance included a goal and an assist in a 5-0 victory against Gentçelberliğili, further cementing his role as a central figure in the team's offensive strategy.
