Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund provides AED 2 million to Wisewell

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund (MBRIF) has announced an AED 2 million credit guarantee for Wisewell, a UAE-based water technology company. The funding is intended to support capital investment and research and development for Wisewell’s IoT-enabled water purification systems.

Wisewell’s technology provides a sustainable alternative to single-use plastic bottles by purifying water at the source. The systems offer real-time insights, allowing users to monitor water quality, consumption, and environmental impact. To date, the company reports having diverted more than 17.4 million single-use plastic bottles.
