Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Forum to convene in Dubai on October 13

The Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Forum is scheduled to take place on October 13 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development, the annual event will host approximately 1,000 leaders from Dubai’s public and private sectors, alongside academics, decision-makers, and experts.

The forum aims to discuss the future of leadership, governance, and organizational performance, with a specific focus on how modern technologies and artificial intelligence can enhance decision-making and efficiency. The agenda includes panel discussions, workshops, and specialized lectures designed to explore flexible management models capable of adapting to rapid environmental changes.

A major highlight of the event is the presentation of the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Medal, the highest leadership honor within the Dubai Government. This award, launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, seeks to empower second-line leaders and ensure the long-term sustainability of excellence in government performance. The forum will also feature strategic leadership councils focusing on the future of the economy, future cities, and the new global narrative.
