Mohan Bhagwat proposes Indian ‘third path’ in Toronto

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat addressed over 2,000 people in the Greater Toronto Area, advocating for an Indian ‘third path’ to resolve global tensions between human progress, environmental preservation, and social well-being.

Bhagwat noted that while scientific advancement has been immense, it is often prioritized for destructive purposes, citing the development of nuclear weapons over clean energy. He warned that pursuit of national progress should not come at the expense of other nations and highlighted the conflict between individual happiness and societal welfare.

The proposed ‘third path’ is described as an ancient Indian approach where individuals, society, and nature can progress simultaneously without harming one another. This philosophy emphasizes the underlying unity between humanity and the natural world.
