Mohawk Industries reports Q3 2026 revenue miss amid weak demand

Mohawk Industries reported third quarter 2026 net sales of $2.79 billion, representing a 1% year-on-year increase. This figure fell slightly below the $2.81 billion consensus estimate from S&P analysts. While revenue growth was modest, the company reported an adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $2.72, which exceeded analyst expectations of $2.58.

CEO Paul De Cock noted that the company delivered results despite a weak demand environment. To combat inflation, the company utilized price increases, mix, and productivity improvements. The company also reported an adjusted EBITDA of $353.4 million, missing the $363.5 million consensus estimate.

For the fourth quarter of 2026, Mohawk Industries provided adjusted EPS guidance in the range of $1.35 to $1.45, which is below the analyst consensus of $1.64. The company continues to focus on cash flow and shareholder returns, having returned $261 million to shareholders during the third quarter.
