Mohd. Radzi Rahimi family killed in tree‑fall crash near Janda Baik

A fallen tree struck a Ford Raptor on the old Kuala Lumpur‑Bentong road near Janda Baik, killing four members of the Rahimi family: Mohd. Radzi Rahimi, his wife Nuriani Mohammad Jafri, their twin children and a relative. The victims had been returning from a family outing at Genting Highlands after a motorbike trip to Pulau Pangkor.

Rahimi Abd. Samad, the 63‑year‑old father, said the last meeting with his son on Thursday showed no sign of illness or distress. He learned of the tragedy while at the forensic unit of Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Hospital. The accident has been described as a tree‑fall incident that turned the journey home into a fatal one.
