Mojito Beach Club in Riccione faces early closure order

The Mojito Beach Club in Riccione has been ordered to implement an early closure, effective until August 30, following an allegation of an unauthorized event held on August 21. The measure was prompted by a report from the Silb association.

Management of the club has strongly contested the decision, labeling it “absolutely illegitimate and discriminatory.” They have formally requested access to the official documents regarding the order. The club's owners deny that any unauthorized event took place, asserting that the establishment was actually closed on the night in question—a fact they claim Silb was aware of.

Furthermore, the managers argue they are being unfairly targeted compared to other local establishments. They noted that while they concentrate their activities in the early evening, other venues perform similar entertainment activities during the afternoon without facing similar sanctions. The club has requested clarification on whether other local businesses have undergone similar inspections or faced comparable disciplinary actions.
