Moka AI reports significant hiring efficiency gains via Moka Eva

Moka AI has released deployment results for its AI recruiting agent, Moka Eva, following its implementation at an international coffee and tea chain with over 20,000 locations. The deployment reportedly reduced the per-store time-to-hire from 15.4 days to 3.8 days.

According to the company, the AI agent manages the entire recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews and assessments, and providing shortlists to decision-makers. The implementation resulted in a 60% reduction in cost per application and an 80% decrease in manual intervention compared to previous processes.

Moka Eva utilizes a unified rubric to ensure consistent evaluation standards across all locations, achieving consistency with human reviewers more than 92% of the time. To date, the agent has screened over 5 million resumes and assisted in more than 600,000 interviews across more than 10 languages.
