Mokotów Sports Centre Launches Extensive Renovation Project

The Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji (OSiR) Mokotów in Warsaw has entered a major summer modernisation phase. Work includes a comprehensive overhaul of the swimming‑pool area with new hydraulic installations, upgraded changing rooms and refurbished pool equipment, aimed at improving hygiene and user comfort.

A new storage facility for sports gear is being built beside the football field, and extensive painting and repairs are renewing walls, floors and equipment across the site. Accessibility is being enhanced by constructing a pedestrian pathway at the Orlik field on Kazimierzowska 58, benefitting families and older residents.

The skatepark on Japońska Street is also being upgraded with modernised obstacles and an eco‑grid surface, increasing safety and environmental friendliness. The overall plan seeks to raise the standard, safety and durability of OSiR Mokotów’s facilities for the community’s future use.
