Moksh Chopra appointed Taco Bell Market Lead for Indian Subcontinent

Yum! Brands has announced that Moksh Chopra will transition to the role of Market Lead for Taco Bell International in the Indian Subcontinent, effective September 7, 2026. Chopra, a 16-year veteran of Yum! Brands, previously served as the General Manager for KFC India and Partner Countries.

During his tenure at KFC India, Chopra oversaw significant growth, including increasing market share to approximately 27% and doubling both the restaurant footprint and operating profit. In his new capacity at Taco Bell, he will be responsible for overseeing strategy, business growth, and operations across India, Sri Lanka, and Kuwait.

Scott Mezvinsky, CEO of KFC Global, noted that Chopra has been a driving force behind KFC India’s recent success. While the search for Chopra’s permanent successor at KFC India is underway, Aman Lal will oversee certain responsibilities in the interim.
