MoLaGE Shobu announces new stores and Muji relocation

Sojitz Commercial Development is implementing a series of new store openings and renewals at MoLaGE Shobu, a large-scale shopping center in Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture.

Key developments include the relocation and expansion of Muji to the 'Sotomora' outdoor area on October 16, 2026. The new Muji location will feature an expanded sales floor and new services, such as the introduction of coffee machines. Other scheduled renewals include DHC on October 23 and Okashi no Machioka on November 1.

New tenant openings include Mishima Kagu on October 17 and Sumiyaki Gyutan Higashiyama on November 1. The center is also celebrating its 18th anniversary with various community events and promotional campaigns running through early November.
