The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Moldova has announced the commencement of the electoral period for new local elections and a local referendum. These votes are scheduled to take place on November 1, 2026.

During this period, electoral bodies and polling stations will be established to facilitate the upcoming voting processes.
