Moldova Innovation Technology Park exceeds 3,000 active resident companies

The Moldova Innovation Technology Park (MITP) has surpassed 3,000 active resident companies as of early September 2026. This milestone follows a significant wave of new memberships in August, signaling the continued growth of Moldova’s IT and technological innovation ecosystem.

Underway Company S.R.L. was the specific entity that marked the achievement of this threshold. Founded in Moldova in August 2026 by brothers Robert and Kevin Gonchar, the company specializes in B2B technological solutions, including artificial intelligence, ERP and CRM systems, software development, and SaaS platforms.

The founders, who returned to Moldova after approximately 20 years in Belgium, noted that the decision to relocate their business operations was driven by the simplified regime and the 7% single tax offered by MITP. The company aims to expand its local team while serving international markets from Moldova.
