Moldova launches youth message campaign for 35th independence anniversary

The Parliament of the Republic of Moldova has opened the "Sunt Generația Moldova 35" campaign, inviting citizens born in 1991 – the year of Moldova’s proclamation of independence – to submit short messages about what the country means to them. Selected contributors will be invited to the parliamentary plenary session on 26 August, and the most inspiring message will be posted on the Parliament’s official website.

The initiative is part of the broader national programme "Independența care ne unește. Moldova 35", which includes more than 20 events such as a military parade, cultural festivals, a commemorative coin and stamp series by the National Bank, and school‑level activities timed to the anniversary celebrations on 27 August.
