Moldova prepares municipal bond launch and boosts defense spending to 1% of GDP
The Independent Analytical Center “Expert‑Group”, together with the bank Maib and with support from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, organized an event on 3 August to launch a public offer of municipal bonds in Moldova.
