Moldova receives second batch of 120,000 influenza vaccines

The National Public Health Agency (ANSP) in Moldova has received a second batch of 120,000 influenza vaccine doses. These vaccines are being distributed to territorial Public Health Centers and medical institutions to immunize high-risk groups and specific professional categories.

For the 2026–2027 flu season, the Ministry of Health has procured a total of 240,000 doses, funded by the National Health Insurance Company (CNAM). The vaccines are provided in 0.5 ml pre-filled syringes and follow World Health Organization recommendations for the Northern Hemisphere. This follows an initial shipment of 120,000 doses that arrived on October 8.
