Molise hosts cultural events and Targa del Matese rally

The Molise region is hosting various cultural and tourism-focused events throughout early September 2026. In Isernia, the Auditorium Unità d’Italia features a book presentation by Andreina Di Girolamo and an astronomical evening organized by the Gruppo Astrofili Pentro.

Art exhibitions are active across the region, including the ‘Kintsugi’ event in Campobasso, the ‘Humus’ collective at Castello Angioino in Civitacampomarano, and climate-focused exhibitions at MACTE in Termoli.

Additionally, the Classic Car Club Molise is organizing the 17th edition of the ‘Targa del Matese’ on September 5 and 6. This tourist-cultural rally for historical and collector vehicles will start and end in Campobasso, traveling through Busso and Oratino, and concluding at Campitello Matese.
