Molise region participates in Festival of Regions and hosts local cultural events

The Molise region is represented at the 5th Festival of Regions and Autonomous Provinces in Florence, Tuscany. Regional President Francesco Roberti is scheduled to participate in a panel at Palazzo Vecchio on October 27 regarding regional development, competitiveness, and European funds. Roberti emphasized that development strategies must address the specific needs of communities, including youth employment, business investment, and accessible services, particularly for smaller regions and internal areas.

Concurrently, various cultural and gastronomic events are taking place across Molise on October 25. In Campobasso, the Biennale of Contemporary Italian Engraving concludes, and an Oktoberfest event is held in Piazzetta Palombo. Isernia features a performance of Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana, while Termoli hosts the Paris Piano Duo as part of the Termoli Musica 2026 season. Other local activities include food and wine tastings in Guardiaregia and art exhibitions at MACTE.
