Molise Region sells Brussels headquarters for 1.35 million euros

The Molise Region has successfully sold its institutional headquarters located in Brussels, Belgium. The five-story building on rue de Toulouse was awarded to Cipolla Immobiliare srl following a single bid of approximately 1.35 million euros.

The sale concludes a long divestment process that included two previous failed attempts to find a buyer. The property, which covers roughly 750 square meters in a central area near major European institutions, was originally purchased in 2005 for approximately 1.6 million euros during the administration of former President Michele Iorio. The final sale price represents a nominal decrease of about 250,000 euros compared to the original purchase price, excluding years of maintenance and management costs.
