Molise Regional Council unanimously approves motion for earthquake area road repairs

The Molise Regional Council has unanimously approved a motion addressing the urgent need to improve road connectivity in the earthquake-affected crater area. The motion, championed by Movimento 5 Stelle regional councillor Angelo Primiani, received support from both the majority and the opposition.

Key objectives of the motion include the issuance of an emergency decree for the Tratturo bypass, improved coordination with Asrem to optimize emergency medical services (118) response times, and the establishment of a work schedule for repairs on the SP 40 and SP 166 provincial roads. While the unanimous vote marks a political consensus, officials emphasize that concrete action from President Roberti, acting as the emergency commissioner, is required to implement these infrastructure improvements.
