Moliy releases debut mixtape 'Baddies' with Sarkodie and global artists

Ghanaian‑American singer Moliy launched her debut mixtape, BADDIES ❤️, on the Gamma platform. The project blends Afrobeat, dancehall and futuristic production, promoting empowerment and confidence for women. It features a wide roster of collaborators, including Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie, vocalist Mellissa, South African pop star Tyla, Dominican artist Yailin la Más Viral, Jamaican dancehall figures Skillibeng and Shenseea, French‑Congolese singer Theodora, UK rapper Br3nya, Nigerian Afrobeats artist Mavo, and the producer collective bees & honey.

The mixtape follows Moliy’s recent success with the remix of “Shake It To The Max (FLY)”, which topped Billboard’s Afrobeats chart for 2025 and surpassed one billion streams. Highlights from the release include the track “Accra Girls” with Sarkodie and Mellissa, and the cinematic single “911 (CALL THE LAW)”. Moliy described the collection as a genre‑blurring party that reflects different facets of her personality while staying rooted in confidence and freedom.
