Momina Iqbal and Saqib Chadhar exchange serious allegations in legal dispute

A legal and personal dispute between Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal and PML-N Member of Provincial Assembly Saqib Chadhar has escalated, involving allegations of harassment, blackmail, and death threats. The matter is currently under investigation by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

Momina Iqbal has accused Chadhar of issuing death threats, claiming he once told her she deserved to die if she refused to marry him. She further alleged that her family faced intimidation via video messages and phone calls. Her husband, Hamza Habib, has also leveled serious accusations, claiming that shooters are being arranged to target them.

In response, Saqib Chadhar has denied the allegations and made several counter-claims. He alleged that the Iqbal sisters attempted to extort him, claiming Momina’s lawyer requested amounts ranging from 90 million to 200 million rupees to settle the matter. Chadhar also made claims regarding the personal lives of the sisters and alleged financial disputes involving Ramsha Iqbal in Australia. Momina Iqbal has dismissed these claims as false, stating that Chadhar has used fake evidence and that she is restricted by the NCCIA from releasing further evidence, such as voice notes, at this time.
