MOMUS Air launches ‘Destinations’ art exhibition at Thessaloniki Airport

The MOMUS organization has launched a new thematic art exhibition titled ‘Destinations’ at the ‘Makedonia’ Airport in Thessaloniki. The exhibition features works from the collections of all museums under the MOMUS umbrella, showcasing images of cities and landscapes including Paris, Tbilisi, Thessaloniki, and Rome.

Curated by Katerina Syroglyou, the exhibition aims to provide travelers with a visual journey through various locations. The selection includes works by artists who were born or raised in Thessaloniki, as well as those who visited and worked in the city.

This initiative represents an expanded collaboration between MOMUS and Fraport Greece. While the initial presence at the airport served as an introduction, this new presentation is a complete, integrated exhibition. The partnership is described by airport management as strategic, aiming to offer passengers a unique cultural experience within the airport environment.
