Monaco acquires Bengaluru-based sales intelligence startup Overlayy

Monaco, a San Francisco-based AI-native revenue platform, has acquired the Bengaluru-based B2B sales intelligence startup Overlayy. The acquisition integrates Overlayy’s team and its specialized expertise in sales intelligence into Monaco’s platform.

Founded by IIT Kanpur alumni, Overlayy provides an AI copilot for B2B sales representatives, assisting with account research, meeting preparation, and task automation through agentic AI. The startup also developed SalesQA, a benchmark for evaluating AI systems on B2B sales conversations. This technology is expected to enhance Monaco’s capacity to capture and act on customer interactions.

Overlayy founders Anmol Chaman and Snehil Saluja will transition into senior product and engineering roles within Monaco. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
