Monaco opens Pass’Sport Culture registrations for 2026-2027

Monaco has opened registrations for the 2026-2027 Pass’Sport Culture program. Developed by the Direction de l’Éducation Nationale, de la Jeunesse et des Sports in partnership with local cultural affairs and associations, the initiative provides cultural and sporting activities during school holidays.

The program is available to Monégasque residents or students aged 11 to 25. Applications can be submitted online via a dedicated service for existing account holders or in paper format through the CIEN or via email. Once validated, participants receive a membership card to access a variety of programs during holiday periods.
