Moncler and Fragment launch new collection inspired by Japan

Moncler and Fragment have reunited for a new capsule collection that draws inspiration from Japanese culture and mountain heritage. The collaboration, featuring Hiroshi Fujiwara, centers on the vintage Japanese souvenir jacket, reimagined as a reversible varsity jacket with embroidered cartography tracing a path between Japan and Italy.

The collection utilizes a deep color palette of green and black, incorporating brushed cotton flannel with dégradé checks, windbreakers, shirt jackets, and graphic T-shirts. For the first time, the partnership includes a FRGMT mini capsule featuring scaled-down versions of key items like hoodies and sweatpants.

In addition to apparel, the collaboration extends to footwear through a partnership with Clarks Originals. This includes a technical interpretation of the Trailgrip Wallabee GTX, which integrates GORE-TEX and a Vibram Trailgrip sole into a sleek, all-black design.
