Moncler Group reports flat third-quarter revenue amid regional shifts
Moncler Group reported third-quarter revenue of €605.5 million, remaining essentially flat compared to the same period last year. The results highlight a divergence between the group’s two primary brands: Moncler brand revenue declined by 1% to €499.6 million, while Stone Island revenue grew by 5% to €105.9 million.
Regional performance showed significant variation. The EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region experienced a decline in Moncler brand revenue of 8% due to soft local demand and reduced tourist traffic, particularly from Asia. In contrast, the Moncler brand saw 5% growth in Asia, and the Americas grew by 2%.
Stone Island demonstrated stronger momentum in specific markets, with its Asian revenue increasing by 19% and its Americas business growing by 13% during the quarter. For the first nine months of the fiscal year, the group's consolidated revenue rose 6% at constant exchange rates to €1.895 billion.
