Monclova municipal government expands corporate partnership to boost employment

The municipal government of Monclova, led by Mayor Carlos Villarreal, is intensifying cooperation with the private sector to increase formal job opportunities for residents. In coordination with Coahuila Governor Manolo Jiménez, the city administration is urging companies to expand operations and attract new investment to the region.

Four firms – DENSO Air Systems de México, Doosung Tech México, Yura Harness and Dual Borgstena Trim México – have opened hiring processes for operational staff, engineering and administrative interns, and other positions. Officials say the joint effort aims to strengthen Monclova’s competitiveness, support existing businesses, and create more stable employment for the local workforce.

Mayor Villarreal emphasized the commitment to a development agenda based on collaboration between municipal, state and private actors, seeking to make Monclova a reliable destination for industrial growth and formal jobs.
