Monclova residents mourn victims of feminicide and suicide

Amalia Orozco and Eduardo Valadez were buried at the Sagrado Corazón cemetery in Estancias following a tragedy that has shocked the city of Monclova. The deaths occurred under distressing circumstances: Orozco was a victim of feminicide, while Valadez died by suicide.

During the wake held at the CTM chapel, mourners gathered in separate rooms to honor the deceased. The event left five children orphaned. Family members noted a history of tragedy within the lineage, mentioning that a brother of Valadez had also died by suicide approximately a decade ago.

Although the two were interred in different plots, their graves were placed only centimeters apart, allowing them to rest next to one another.
