Mondaino concludes 37th Palio de lo Daino historical reenactment

The 37th edition of the Palio de lo Daino in Mondaino has concluded with a positive turnout. Held from August 20 to 23, the event transformed the Valconca village into a Renaissance-era setting featuring musicians, jugglers, falconers, and various itinerant artists.

The Contrada Borgo emerged as the winner of the Palio. During the festivities, entrepreneur Brunello Cucinelli attended the event at the invitation of actor and director Gianluca Foresi, describing the Palio as ‘the most beautiful historical reenactment in Italy.’

Organizers from the Pro Loco di Mondaino reported that attendance remained consistent with previous years, marking a successful four-day celebration of local history and craftsmanship.
