monday.com launches Harmony voice AI for enterprise sales
monday.com has launched Harmony, a voice AI platform designed for enterprise sales teams to handle prospecting, lead qualification, and objection handling. Unlike general-purpose large language models, Harmony utilizes a series of small, task-specific proprietary models. This architecture allows the system to respond to audio in approximately 200 milliseconds, a speed the company claims is indistinguishable from human callers.
The platform is built on Twilio’s infrastructure and integrates with major CRM systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive. It manages the full sales cycle, including predictive dialing and branded caller ID, before handing off qualified leads to human representatives with a full briefing. By default, the AI agents identify themselves as AI to callers.
Harmony is currently available to mid-market and enterprise customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore. One early user, UK-based Bright Car Finance, reported a 9% increase in closed deals after implementing the technology.
