Mondolfo solidarity dinner raises over €4,000 for local families

The second edition of the "Cena in Pineta" was held on 26 June in the Madonna delle Grotte park in Mondolfo. About 300 attendees participated. The event was organised by the Staffetta della Solidarietà – a coalition that includes the Mondolfo municipality, Auser, Avulss, Avis, Caritas, the Civil Protection Service and the Red Cross – together with the local Pro Loco Tre Colli. It collected €4,117, which will be fully allocated to projects and interventions that support families in the area.

Mayor Alice Andreoni said the strong turnout “confirms that solidarity is a value that unites our community”, while Assessora Patrizia Capotondi highlighted the collaboration among volunteer organisations as “an important occasion to work together for a common goal". The Staffetta also runs complementary social‑inclusion initiatives such as free after‑school programs and school‑awareness projects.
