Monet Mazur deters masked burglars at Hollywood Hills home

Actress Monet Mazur successfully deterred three masked burglars during an attempted break-in at her Hollywood Hills residence late Saturday night. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. while Mazur was inside the home with her dog.

Mazur observed the suspects, who were dressed in black clothing and ski masks, through her home security cameras. She confronted the group directly, prompting the individuals to flee the property before they could gain entry. Following the confrontation, pepper spray was observed on the residence's doormat.

The Los Angeles Police Department responded to the scene and conducted an extensive search of the surrounding hillside, including the use of a police helicopter, but failed to locate the suspects. The attempted burglary highlights ongoing security concerns in affluent Los Angeles hillside neighborhoods.
