Moneyview IPO reaches 3.55x subscription by second day of bidding

Fintech lender Moneyview’s ₹1,092 crore initial public offering (IPO) has seen strong demand, reaching a 3.55x subscription rate by the second day of bidding. Non-institutional investors (NIIs) have led the interest, subscribing to their portion 7.77x.

Retail investors have subscribed 3.67x, while qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) stood at 0.09x subscription as of the second day. The IPO includes a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of approximately ₹341.7 crore.

The price band for the issue is set between ₹32 and ₹34 per share. At the upper limit, the IPO values the company at approximately ₹5,985 crore ($624 million). Anchor investors, including Goldman Sachs and Amundi Funds, previously contributed ₹327.5 crore to the offering.

Bidding is scheduled to close on September 28, 2026, with share allotment expected on September 29. The company’s shares are slated to list on the NSE and BSE on October 1, 2026.
