Mongolian champion Enkh-Orgil Baatarkhuu defends ONE bantamweight title against Elbek Alyshov

ONE Championship bantamweight champion Enkh‑Orgil Baatarkhuu of Mongolia will make his first title defense on July 31 at The Inner Circle 24 in Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium. He will face undefeated Azerbaijani‑Russian submission specialist Elbek Alyshov, who entered the bout with consecutive submission wins over Jeremy Pacatiw and Carlo Bumina‑ang. Baatarkhuu, 37, captured the belt in December by defeating Fabricio Andrade and said he approaches the fight with calm acceptance, noting that “life will go on” regardless of the outcome. He acknowledged Alyshov’s grappling skill and expects a “tough five‑round war.” Alyshov is regarded as a strong wrestler and a dangerous finisher.
