Monica Guerritore film ‘Anna’ premieres on Sky Cinema

The film ‘Anna’, directed by and starring Monica Guerritore, is scheduled to premiere on Sky Cinema and NOW on Saturday, September 26, 2026. The film serves as a biographical portrait of the legendary Italian actress Anna Magnani, exploring the human complexities behind her iconic status.

Guerritore, who portrays Magnani, also wrote the screenplay with revisions by Andrea Purgatori. The production features Tommaso Ragno as Roberto Rossellini, Lucia Mascino as an adult Carol Levi, and Beatrice Grannò as a young Carol Levi.
