Moniepoint UK reports $36,284 revenue following customer migration

Moniepoint UK Limited, a subsidiary of the Nigerian fintech Moniepoint Inc., reported $36,284 in revenue for the fiscal year ending December 2025. The company noted that this figure reflects only one month of activity, as customers from its diaspora remittance service, MonieWorld, were transferred to the entity in December.

Despite a gross profit of $10,220, the company recorded a loss after tax of $226,172 for the period. As of December 31, 2025, Moniepoint UK held $769,703 in total assets and $112,453 in customer liabilities. The reported revenue was primarily derived from foreign exchange transaction commissions.

The company’s UK presence was established following the July 2025 acquisition of Bancom Europe Limited, which provided access to a Financial Conduct Authority-authorized electronic money institution. Bancom was rebranded as Moniepoint UK Limited in September 2025, prior to the migration of MonieWorld customers.
