Monika Sosnowska sculpture unveiled at Jan Kochanowski Museum

The Jan Kochanowski Museum in Czarnolas has unveiled the sculpture ‘Fence’ by contemporary artist Monika Sosnowska. The work, which depicts a distorted fragment of a modernist fence appearing to be torn from the ground with concrete blocks, was acquired through funding from the ‘Sculpture in Public Space’ program supported by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.

‘Fence’ was originally created in 2010 and has previously been exhibited in Antwerp, London, and New York. It serves as the second piece in the Castrum Doloris Art Garden, an outdoor collection located in the park surrounding the museum's historic manor house.
