Musical acts announce upcoming tours and performances in Argentina and Chile
Various musical acts are scheduled for upcoming performances and tours across South America. In Argentina, the metalcore and post-hardcore bands Memphis May Fire and Blessthefall are set to perform together for the first time at Teatro Flores on August 25. Additionally, the Argentine band Asspera is preparing a tour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut album, ‘Bizarra actitud de seguir con vida’. Local cultural events in Buenos Aires include a music night at the Los Dones cultural space in Abasto and a Peter Gabriel tribute by the band Monkey in Mendoza.
In Chile, several notable musical events are announced. The indie rock band Astro is reuniting for a special show at Teatro Coliseo on December 19, marking their first performance in ten years. Daniel Muñoz y Los Marujos will perform their ‘También es cueca’ tour at the Teatro Regional Lucho Gatica on September 10. Furthermore, the contemporary tango group Quinteto del Revés is scheduled to present ‘Tango Quiltro’ at the Espacio Cultural Galo Sepúlveda in Temuco on August 21.
