Monogatari Corporation expands Yuzuan brand with two new Japanese locations

Monogatari Corporation is expanding its ‘Sushi Shabu Shabu Yuzuan’ brand with two new restaurant openings in Japan scheduled for September 2026.

The Omiya Hongo branch is set to open in Saitama City's Kita Ward on September 16, 2026. Located near the Osasado Elementary School intersection, the facility will feature 28 tables and 168 seats. The restaurant will offer all-you-can-eat courses, with price adjustments scheduled for October 20, 2026.

Additionally, the Iwade branch in Wakayama Prefecture is scheduled for a grand opening on September 28, 2026. This location will mark the 121st store for the brand, providing 150 seats and 44 parking spaces. The restaurant specializes in seasonal sushi, shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and tempura through an all-you-can-eat model.
