Monor mass brawl involves 60 people and various weapons

A large-scale brawl involving approximately 60 people occurred in Monor, Pest County, reportedly stemming from a dispute between two teenage girls over a boy. The conflict escalated into a violent confrontation between two families, with participants using iron pipes, hoes, and other implements.

While social media reports suggested a participant suffered a severe head injury requiring surgery, the National Ambulance Service officially stated that two men were transported to the hospital with minor head injuries and remain in stable condition. Monor Mayor Kálmán Darázsi noted that such a serious clash is a rare occurrence for the town. Police have launched an investigation into the incident for disorderly conduct.
