Monreale hosts active aging projects for seniors

The Anteas Monreale association is conducting an active aging project in Monreale aimed at residents over the age of 60. Part of a participatory democracy initiative funded by the local municipality, the project focuses on enhancing social participation, cognitive stimulation, and psychological well-being.

Recent activities included a psychodrama session led by psychologist Angela Di Pasquale. The session allowed participants to explore emotions and past life events through movement and shared expression. Other planned activities for the project include computer literacy workshops.
