Monrovia police arrest wanted man at Panda Express
A man wanted on a no-bail felony probation warrant was arrested in Monrovia, California, after walking into a Panda Express where officers were having a meal break.
The arrest occurred on July 17 around 8:30 p.m. According to the Monrovia Police Department, the suspect had previously evaded officers on two separate occasions by running onto a freeway.
Body camera footage released by the department shows officers recognizing the man as he entered the restaurant, at which point they confronted him and took him into custody. The suspect reportedly questioned the officers during the encounter, asking, “What did I do?”
