Monster Beverage reports record Q2 2026 sales and announces stock split

Monster Beverage Corporation reported strong financial results for the second quarter of 2026, characterized by record quarterly sales and earnings growth. Net sales rose 20.2% year-over-year to $2.54 billion, while adjusted earnings per share grew 15.2% to 60 cents.

Growth was primarily driven by the flagship Monster Energy Drinks segment, which saw a 21.6% increase in net sales to $2.36 billion. International markets played a significant role in this performance, with sales outside the United States surging 34.6% to $1.16 billion, now accounting for approximately 46% of total net sales. While the Strategic Brands division saw a 10.6% revenue increase, the Alcohol Brands segment experienced a 15.2% decline.

In addition to the earnings report, the company has scheduled a 2-for-1 stock split to take effect after the market closes on August 10, with the split-adjusted price commencing trading on August 11. This marks the company’s sixth forward stock split since 2005.
